Vault Virginia

When Bank of America moved out of their prodigious space on Charlottesville’s downtown mall, an historic building was left with space but without an immediate mission. As a new plan for a mixed-use building emerged, a name and identity were created, and an unexpected new hub emerged for gatherings and innovation. This new office and open work space would be dubbed “Vault Virginia” and the identity and brand formed around the concept grew quickly. After Blue Ridge Group spearheaded a grand opening and PR for the new destination, occupancy rose to near capacity, while Prime 109, a premium steak house, became the reservation to get for a hearty dinner with friends and family.
